Frank had been our neighbour in the Erin Woods area for almost 20 years so we knew him well and knew that he was an expert on the area we were moving out of. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Frank represent us as an agent while buying our first home. Frank made such a daunting task seem seamless and fun.

When I hired Frank as my realtor to sell my existing home; I was hesitant about the listing price; as I felt my home was worth more. I am living in my dream home thanks to Frank Plesa. We were not confident that we could sell the condo in Toronto and buy this house in Burlington, until Frank got the ball rolling and both deals came together without a hitch. Than with less then seven weeks to closing our new house was flooded in the Burlington flood. My Daughters space in the home had to be rebuilt, I was devastated. The Big Dog immediately stepped up to the plate assuring us it was not that bad and it could all be restored before our move in date. His confidence and assurance brought us so much peace. I just moved from the east side of Burlington, it was a disaster area as was where my new home is on the north west side. We still keep in touch with the previous owners , as we got to know each other quite well through the cleaning up after the flood.
